many thanks! the pcb not start, i play power i get 0.2 ampere but the phone doesn't see nothing on display, are you help me to this problem? i rehot u500/501 but nothing thanks

menesimo you get 0.2 ampere just by connecting the power supply to battery connector, OR after powering up the phone ?

If you connect the power supply and it show 0.2Ampere, there is a short on the board, and you have to remove this short before doing anything else.

Rehot is successful only on 10% of time, better is to remove, reball and resolder

0.2 ampere when i power on the power supply and power on the phone. Ok reball the chip, thanks

update:
I press the power button, I get 0.2 amps but then you zero, as if the phone does not give the start real thing can be according to you? thanks

Looks like eMMC damage symptom (memory chip damaged, tipycal on S3)

Or maybe if you are lucky, only bootloader failed..

No menesimo, on S3 you can repair bootloader by making a special SD card.

Search on this forum "s3 bootloader repair sd", there is a thread that explain how to build this sd card.

But it can be also a pmic (power manager ic) issue, post a picture of the full board please..
