plz help how this solve this prob in samsung i9300? - GSM-Forum

i have samsung galaxy i9300 s3...prob this showing..when i phone on show pattern lock...when i want manually hard reset..set off and volume up home key and press power button press same time me going to wipe data..when i click to hard reset wipe data...my set is restart no fully wipe..
and when i want now full flashing with odin...go to download mode...connect usb and select file in pda section...click to start wait show and after few seconds showing failed....not get flash..... plz help how can i sove this prob....

i think its emmc ic problem

i also got this problem...but the phone is i9100 s2...the phone show pattern lock...can wipe data from recovery mode until finish...but when on phone still got show pattern lock...
i try use odin, z3x box.. still not solve..finally i use riffbox write dump file...so...s2 was total dead...conect usb no detect or usb chip jz blink....like dead... i think yr samsung s3 emmc maybe have bad sector or damage......
so i can say good luck for you..

Hi! It's a flash mem problem. 100% Change flash mem, then it will be ok.
