pin 3 is TSP_SDA_1.8V, pin 4 TSP_SCL_1.8V ,pin 8 TSP_nINT are directly comes from cpu. whereas pin 10 TSP_AVDD_3.3V volts comes from power ic.
for one volt for touchscreen opration i.e. 1.80v i have doubt? from where its come? I m sure there is no any seprate touch ic.
near lcd connector there are 3 resistors for TSP_SDA_1.8V, TSP_SCL_1.8V, and TSP_nINT. find it accordind to pin no. than another side of all these 3 resistors are common and there must be TSP_VDD_1.8V. If volt is absent than give jumpper with VCC_1.8V_AP.
Also measure ohms of pin 3 with pin 4 it must be 2k ohms or little more. If it less than 2k ohms than those two line shorted below cpu.than its impossible.
Did you measured volt TSP_AVDD_3.3V?
please give me all needed pin reading (volts and multimeter ).

touch sensor ic (back,option) is located on lcd. Its all line name by tsp2.You get more info in I9300 schematic.

I ahv doubt for this 2 LDO ic may be used for touch voltage. so once replace it.
