it can be power button is well when you insert battery if phone vibrate it self its 100% power button

I have a samsung s4 i9500 which is not powering on, when connecting to power supply it doesn't consume any power, when pressing power switch it shows about 0.28A on the power supply for a second then going back to zero Amps.
when connecting to laptop usb port it doesn't show any thing at all on both sides laptop and mobile.
when connecting to charger ucp5000 (exynos) ic is getting very hot.
should i change power IC (U600) in this case???
or it is a faulty emmc???
plzz reply...

I still have the same result, but now when I press the power button, the current raise from zero to 0.11 amps instead of 0.28 amps

Hi I checked and the IC is very hot, should I remove this or maybe is some capacitor fault which can making different voltage?

hi guys.. NAUSHAD ALI IS correct most of the S4 unit cannot on or shorted just remove the WIFI IC.. but some s4 must change also the PMIC together with WIFI Ic.. 101% guys done many units.. have a nice day

same to me phone power on conect charger only, after power on no audio ,after power on werking power phone but no sound ,with out charger power on no power 0.05 mah what to do?
