i9500 restart problem and cannot be flashed - GSM-Forum

hi i have i9500 with android 4.4.2 when i power it on start normally then freez when i touch screen and restart i tried to hard reset by keys but it cannot enter recovery but it can enter to download mode i tried to flash it with new firmware with pit it canot be flashed at all i tried with odin < octopus < z3x < spt
but all in vain where is the solution

its hardware problem try to change power switch or volume button or clean whole motherbody
