Exclamation i9505 unknown baseband hw problem

hi friend, my i9505 after a series of flash with odin and custom rom go in soft brick, (strangely warming), and then after the flash to 4.4.2 official works but the phone part no .. Unknown baseband, no imei, everything else works.. I tried with octopus box, but it gives error and can not restore efs or write other.. Downgrade is impossible with new bootloader.. and I've tryed several fw modem..
I think it's a hardware problem.. there is a solution? or I have to change baseband ic? What do you recommend? and thanks all ..

Your situation looks like an HW issue, as i had many times on I9505.

My solution that worked, was to rehot the modem Chip, because after being dropped this chip will loose. Modem chip is U501, be careful because it is near UCP600 and if you damage this one by too much heat, your phone will not work anymore.
