i9505 : Wifi try to turn on, but then off

I have this problem : i9505 dropped. I had to replace PMIC, now working at 99% but not Wifi.

If i try to turn on Wifi, the switch remain locked for 10-20 seconds and then turn off again.
Bluetooth is working perfectly.

I have checked L207 and i get 0v. Following the troubleshooting manual here i must have 1.5v but i don't know if this voltage is Always here or only when i try to turn on Wifi.

Can someone check and tell me if this voltage is here when the phone is just powered ? I don't have other boards to check...

thanks !
