Improtant problem !!! Samsung S7562 PAM101 IC alternative - GSM-Forum

Hello every body I have a samsung s7562 that draws current (about 350 mA)when connected to power supply without turning on the phone. the rf power amplifier ic PAM101 is damaged and gets very hot and i need to replace it, so my question is what other phones use the same IC, and what its number in the service manual

ic type pa (PAM 101) you can get the samsung:
GT-S6102 = pam101
GT-S5300 = pam101

I have an edge notes (SM-N915F) with the same problem. But the PAM101 are all the same? I can take it from the phones mentioned above?
