J510FN - signal problem

J510FN has no signal.

IMEI is OK

*#0011# gives
Service mode
No service
Network:Unblock
IMEI Certi:PASS

*#1234# gives a proper CP( cellular processor)

It searches for network but can not connect to.
Do you think it is a transceiver problem or a power amplifier problem? Or
any idea how to repair it?Thanks

@kammy6000:Thanks for your reply. But what I will test if I switch to 2G only? Are there different circuits( transceivers or power amplifiers) for 2G and 3G/4G? And by that switching I will test if it is a problem of transceivers /power amplifiers or power controller?
