J700F battery temperature issue - GSM-Forum

Hi. I've got J700F with charging problem. When phone is connected to the charger it shows on the screen message about battery temperature is too high/low and doesn't charging.

Steps performed till this moment:

Replaced battery - doesn't help.
Flashed firmware (just in case there is some another android bug) - doesn't help.
Replaced charging jack - doesn't help.
I've found all the thermistors on the board and removed them - doesn't help.
Replaced all the thermistors to the new ones from working J700F board - doesn't help.

Next steps I will perform:

I will replace PM (SM5703) and check if that will help.

Any ideas guys? Someone faced this issue before?
