Question Low Mic on E700

I have an E700 that has a very low microphone volume.

On a hands free kit it works fine but the mic is very low without it.

I have changed it with 100% working mic, resoldered hands-free connectort, soldered jumper wire on HF connector, but still the same

Any ideas how to solve this problem ?

Check voltage on mic. It must be about 2,5v. Check capasitors in mic line...
And. Check case, maybe just dirt?

Case is ok.

On mic I have 1.3V. Is this ok or I must have 2.5V?

i think it's not ok. I don't know in e700, but it usually 2.5. i think it caused by low power in your. May be it shorted capasitor? try to resold one by one. Is voltage stay on 1.3? Check resistance by SM.

Good Luck
