bro i have you gooten any solution to your problem.i have the same problem with m m620.all keys not working.if ant solution pls let me know how you did id.thanks....................

bro iwas able to solve mu problem.all i did was just to change the ribbon flex and all was ok.note--my old ribbon display fine.yours to may be showing fine too but that not withstanding try to change it.good luck.

bro you said you have change the flex still the same problem.than try to service the flex point on the pcb.good luck.

bro have u change the flex?
clean pcb properly
than check the volume switch it can also cause it.........
