Hi My Samsung A300 Have Charging Problem When I Conect Charger Then It Show
Charging In Chargingbar But Main Bar Show No Progrees My Battery Is Good I
Test In Another Set It Work Good. So I Need IT Solve

Check EEPROM/CPU....and also check voltages on battery points with a charger plugged in.... and tally with another phone....if voltages are okay then most probably EEPROM problem..
