n620 keypad not work - GSM-Forum

hi in n620 all keypads are hang except power button i use search button but all are says clean the keypad connecter but in my circuit there is no keypad jack there is only keypad sticker wat can i do plzzzzzz give the perfect solution as soon as possible....

xcept if you have a strange model of the N620,but every one of such fones have a flex linked keypad plug that enters to a socket at the back part of the pcb,clean both the socket and the plug,then also peel carefully the keypad press from the surface of the keypad and clean.This should solve your problem especially if caused by water.

near the key pad connector youll see about 9 to10 capasitors that control the key pad surface remove all af them work for me thanks

mr sadeeq about which capaciters ru talkin about it is near mic i remove all of them but no change in result.

i have one n620, i remove the capacitors and done what travolta said, but the phone still can only ON, but can not off and other keypad can not press.

only change the key volum and its two capister
