N620 problem with keypad - GSM-Forum

N620 keypad don't work:

I can sitch on the phone (with green buton )

and It can't switch off (with red buton) .

when I trype one buton from this set(1-2-3-4) It displays 1
and when I type one buton from this set(5-6-7-8-9-*) it displays 6 on the screen and It stop writing .

So IT display only 1 or 6 with all the butons .

I tryed to change the keypad with another good one witch works well with another N620 but the problem still again.

What can be the solution please ?

i had also the same problem as u, have u solved it yet? when i press up button it will show *

and it's only one number showed on the lcd before it hang.
