Now it boots on and receive calls and everything but it has a black screen. I have changed it's LCD and checked everything on display way on the board and also tried different firmwares. Do anyone have an idea? i've heard that i should replace a resistor! Please share if you have a solution... |

Member: 1702061 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1651562 Thanks Meter: 306 | Hey, guys. It is the very simple to check this U509 ic with m/meter. Look: 1. Check Vbat at pin 1 and pin 10 of this ic. If absent, check R519. This R519 have direct way to (+Vbat) connector phone PCB. May do jumper from R519 to (+Vbat) if necessary. 2. Check ways from pin 3 to C502, from pin 8 to C503. If all OK, than next. 3. M/meter mode - diode check. Negative wire to phone ground, positive wire to pin 4 of U509 and see: a) if lsd shine, it mean bad EL_ON signal. b) lcd not shine - it mean bad U509. |
