having the same issue . without solution . replacement of both power IC doesnt work

I hv also same issue and mobile not power up without charger

Problem coming after charging in bus

first ispection with microscope for burning components or missing ..
read schematic :

- Ceck power line from usb to battery and from battery connector , ceck caps near to pm and usb ic if SHORT
- ceck crystal oscillator, if you hav'nt oscilloscope replace from another board
- reballing or replace pm ic , reballing or replace usb ic.
- ceck nand :
ceck if your pc recognize any drivers or life sign..
