According to the client, the device worked until the battery was discharged. After that it does not charge, it does not turn on. When charging is connected, the consumption is 260mA (the same with or without battery). If you connect the power supply instead of the battery, after switching on the consumption of 330mA there is no image. I tried to charge the battery - nothing has changed. On the Internet, it seems like such a problem is mentioned, but there is no solution. Can someone suggest something? I checked the voltage on the manual, everything is normal except for L7006> 0.75V, in reality 0.68v. USB Type-C U803 shot, behaves the same (no substitution). I can not find the signal AP_PS_HOLD on the board. According to L7006, the resistance relative to the total is 7 Ohms, is this the norm? Resistance goes to consumers. (soldered off the coil)

Found AP_PS_HOLD. This is the TP7015 point, it has 1.8V on it.
