Need hep Finding location of U100 RF6590 IC For N7000 / I9220 Note Unkown Baseband


I can't find where RF6590 IC is on the Note N7000

I have unknown baseband and it's hardware problem

I looked in schematics nothing about U100 is in the manual.

HELP
