I had the same problem. It was bad CPU in my case.

so what is the conclusion on this problem,it all confusing,which is the problem some say software and some say hardware,i know hardware solution for it on v200,plss some1 help with the solution for the same problem on D410 that is generally acceptable plss,tanx.
