"NEW CB (200)" appears on my Samsung E700 Screen instead of "Phonebook" - GSM-Forum

Can anyone tell me why "NEW CB (200)" appears above my right shortcut button instead of "phonebook" ... when you select that short cut key... it displays "020,01708,01322,01992" which I know are area codes. The only way I can get "phonebook" to appear above that shortcut key where it should appear is when I press the button that ends calls.... it then changes to "phonebook" and i can acess the phonebook from there, but when i go back to the main screen.... it then displays the same initial words "NEW CB(200)".... how can I get rid of it so that that shortcut key displays my phonebook like it should?

The CB stands for Cell Broadcast.

either go to messages/broadcast/channel and reset the settings there (or somewhere in the message menu), or follow this link for a better description:
