No power GT-I9300 - GSM-Forum

Hello, I write here, because I have a GT-i9300 not firing. I left it charging, and the next day, and would not start. No access to download mode or anything. I consulted the service manual, on page 8-5 "Power On", and according to the manual, I have to have a voltage of 1V in C561, C559, C558 and C556. Here I have only 0V. And according to the manual, I have to change U501. Well, the first problem I have, is that according to the manual, U501, is a 3-pin mosfet with PMR280UN reference. Now, in the scheme appears mosfet 6-pin, and the motherboard also .... Does anyone know which component is really U501, or reference to order one and change it?.

Also, I've seen a video, that when not lit, the problem is U500, and must be replaced .... Is it true?. Well, I hope for help me. Regards and thanks in advance.

PMR280UN I can see only available with 3 pins, but on board have 6 pin.

For example one shop offer - FET-SILICON Samsung S6810/ N5100/ I9152/ I9250/ N7100/ I9192/ N8000/ I9260/ I9300/ I9200/ C3520 (original

but in picture

I see 3 pins wich is not the same with U501 on board. Any tips please ?
