not charging samsung s2 korea version (shw-m250s)

Hi.

a few weeks back my charger spoil.

Ever since then I am unable to charge the phone when I plug it in it
shows charging but the percentage of power keeps dropping. I left it plugged in over night and it still wont charge.

The usb port works fine I can transfer data and flash rom.

I have tried replacing the charge port flex cable but it still wont charge.

Some one said it could be the power ic or charging ic. but i have no idea where its located as the layout of the board is different from the regular samsung s2. I also dont which part to get.

I have attached a picture of the board if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
