n900t wcdma problem - GSM-Forum

Got this phone for lcd change.when changing lcd i found the difference in the center frame though the sticker say "n9005" on older lcd and new lcd.i scratched few corners and made it seat.now phone wont register with 3g.just 2g voice and data works.customer says everything was working well.i decided to check all status with software then decide to check hardware.
Software:
1.Many firmware flashed
2.wrote qcn
3.wrote cert
all possible software issues i checked still just 2g voice and edge works 3g voice or data dont work.
the one problem i found was when i check through *#2263#
in wcdma it does not show wcdma imt2100 which is asian band of 3g.
but t-mobile confirms the model should have wcdma imt2100 also customer says 3g was working before.
where could be problem?

Hardware:
i find many model of note3 on the web
n9000,n9005,n900,n900t......................
i have 3 schematics all 3 are different from what motherboard i have.
this is realy paonfull.
i geuss i need to get a new phone for the customer if i dont sort it soon.
