Note 4 No power after IC replacment

Hi i have a note 4 and i have replaced the U7000 and voltage are all seem to be fine on C7128 at 3.8v.
Checked U7002 voltage are all fine too.

The power supply shows a 0.16a current draw after the POWER BUTTON is pressed and it stays at that.

1.check the U7002 output voltage
(C7035 = 0.95V, C7147 = 0.95V, C7036 = 1.3V,
C7041 = 1.8V, C7049 = 2.15V)
If the output voltage is not normal, replace U7002
2. check or replace crystal unit osc7000
if still like the original ..flash reset the phone

1-flash your phone with a boot file
2-rehot or change CPU
