Note 4 suddenly dead! - GSM-Forum

I got note 4 that suddenly dead.
In power supply I got 0.21 v and don't move after releasing the power button.
I check pmic voltage and everything is good.
The customer told me that he was in the middle of install system update and after that he didn't comes on.
What do you think?

its go into download mode or not? if u connect to pc it detects qhusb drivers

After I makes a ad card recovery deadboot from good device now it's on download mode but stock on boot loop.
I've been trying stock room flash
And new battery and wipe cach and data and stills same!

boot sector could have damaged due to the phone switching off while running the update
