P3100 charging paused battery temperature too high

Hi.
I have a P3100 With dead boot. i repair it with omap 4430 batfile and it repaired.
but when i plug charger this massege apear "charging paused battery temperature too high". i flashed it with 4 file roms 4.0.4 android. and full wipe. but not changed.Also changed bateri and charger but not solved. Is this HW problem? Please Guide me. thanks, sorry for my english.
