Pls note 5 touch issue help


sung note 5 touch screen not working with finger but with S PEN working ok
pls anyone have solution i have hardreset and reboot the phone with new firmware and i had someone had same issue and change lcd but problem still remain...pls who has solution

You remove the device and clean Alkontektr well and re-welding if it does not solve the problem Remove the display and re-welding Kounktr Altach

Your touch is not working, it's either LCD problem or pcb problem. Try another LCD.
S pen is a different thing than the touch with your hand. S pen has a different panel.

I understand that it a probably from pcb and looks like a bug from samsung cos have heard and seen lots of note5 without dropping with same issue maybe someone was able to fix without sending back for warranty.thanks for d contribution anyway

pcb board upload its bottom and top of the lid and open all his (good picture quality) .. trying to help you
