may try to reflow the epprom ic with low heat it has solved problem on hanging for me

@akhina.... Write another good eeprom to phone... & after give "Repair Sys failure" command.... your phone will get repaired if it's software problem.
If then also your phone is not repaired, try changing another Eeprom

you can also try usinf ust 5.6 repair sytem failure if its software it will be solved
