S3 Mini I8190 Restart With Sim Card. Without Sim Card Work Fine. I Can Call 112 ( Emergence No ) With Out Sim. Try Format And Flash But No Success. Any Solution For This Problem.

First check Imei *#06# without sim if imei is = Null , then repair imei first

any one have solution i have same problem on galaxy s3 restart with sim but with out sim ok.........

Did you try to change the battery? I had a same problem like this was a battery problem.
