Question S3 motherboard heats up after water damage (how to diagnose?)

I have this S3, it was water damaged, i cleaned the board with Isopropyl, and moved the board to a different device.
The device works and turns on, but heats up when it is working, heats up badly.
I removed the Charge Port to see if it helps, didn't help.

I have DC Power Supply, but i do not know how to use it.
How can i diagnose the problem and solve it?

Thank you!
