give any solution for s3802 display light

some times due to flash file it occurs i have same problem with my c3303k i have written c3303 fil wet is working fine but no light then i flashed it with c3303k file set os okkkkk..... try another file with same model no.... your set will be ok if not then check hardware...............

i flashed with both versions 3802w and 3802 but no light what is solution
