S4 i9505 strange problem

Hello,
I have here a samsung s4 i9505. Problem is that it goes upto the first screen with samsung written and then stops on that screen for a few seconds and then vibrates twice and the same thing keeps happening again and again.
When connected to power supply it goes upto 90 and then back to 0 and again to 90.
I dont know any history of the phone bacause customer brought it like this.
Anyone here can help if they have any knowledge of what is the problem.
I have done software a few times. On top of this the phone does not go into recovery mode aswel.
Thankyou
