s5570 no power no download mode no charging when i connect to a power supply it show me a very high amperage ....what should i do to fixed???

high current consumption = shorting
try to check one by one pin point out its power ic

well my friend the probleme for the very high amperage and the power supply start ringing is that another person did try to fix the phone and he did place the power ic in the other side way......and i did test the pin point out (some of them works others not)...when i press power key botton the amperage start coming up but very little and stay a not necessairy amperage when i remove my finger from the power key botton the amperage return to 0.... and i don't have a breaked s5570 phone that i can change the resistore and campacitors my question is can i make a shorted circuit instead???

should i try to change capacitors or power ic to get the exactly voltage ?????
