s5830 charging problem - GSM-Forum

my s5830 not power on , only show low batery an auto off , but batery is 3.9v
not conect to PC , and not charging
can i make jumper - usb chip ( fsa9480)
any body help with full schematics?

i changed the usb dc but not charging
