S6 Edge SM-G925F Random Reboot

Hi Guys!

I bought an S6 Edge with a broken screen to replace it an use it as my own mobile.
Unfortunately the device reboots randomly. It was possible to install the latest OTA Update, but it keeps rebooting after a short time of use. Can't even go to Play Store,....
Sometime it's in a bootloop just at the first Logo.
It even reboots in Receovery! =(

The cracked screen must be caused by a quite heavy impact. It also gets pretty warm.

First i tought, it may be a battery problem, but same problems while charging.

Any ideas, where to start?

Cheers!

Did a Reflash with Smart Switch. Flashing the device didn't made any problems. First boot ==> after 15 sec. reboot of the device! =(

That's strange. As flashing works fine i think its no problem of a certain component. I'll try reheat the mainboard.

Whats your suggestion?

thanks for that hint. you're talking about a stuck/broken switch, right? well, its at least worth a try, but regarding the sympthoms it is pretty unlikely, because the device is working well, as long as it ist cool!

but, thanks anyway

yes but like for i9300 , i9500/9505 etc suffering from the same problem, they were often in bootloop other times on and off ..
However a check would do, good luck and post if you solve.
