S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge+ and Note 5 uses same main (AP) PMIC - part number is 1203-008472 / device is S2MPS15A0 - it will affect PowerOn, Camera, Display . For Note 4 i'm not sure but think it have a "small" PMIC - 1203-008361 / MAX77843 same like S6 - i will affect charging, vibra for example, ect ..., but big one ... do not remember

Yes - 1203-008477 is right PN - my mistake due to watch on SM-G920F-EPLIS-11 - the main PMIC is U7002, not U7001 for sure.
