Arrow S7562 Battery Percentage Problem


i have samsung S7562 which is showing battery at 85% even batt is full,half,down...its battery percentage not move from 85%

which steps i tried

1. changed C/C
2. removed diode on charging point
3. changed Power IC (PM8029)
4. Flashed with Single file
5. Flashed with 4 Files
6. Flashed with pit file
7. Hard reset

till now...condition is same.....pls help me

it was 45% after flashing it became 85%
