Just change the connector, it is the connector even it looks like ok and the voltage is ok ! I had the same and i look for the solution during one hour but i decided to change it and it's ok now !!! DO NOT LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE, JUST CHANGE THE CONNECTOR !!!
