S8 G955u without powering up. Where do I find this component?

I received a S8 g955u that did not care.
I tested the battery and it was bad.
I replaced the battery and continued without powering.
When I opened the unit I noticed that the U805 component was apparently damaged.
I searched in other models for this component but did not find it.
The service manual consists of 1203-008830 (Parts Code) U805 (Design loc) KTS1678EUQ-TR (description).
Does anyone know where I can find this or something that works for S8?

you can find it into sm-G950 / sm-G955 / sm-N950 with samsung part nummer 1203-008830

I received another s8 today, with high battery consumption , discharging fast and warm , but still calling. On opening it I checked that these burned components, very similar to the one of previous plate that i posted.

Can you buy this chip? Or is the only option to take them from a donor board?
