Arrow S8000_Hw/software?!?

Hello,
I have an Samsung S8000 that gave the message 'Charging paused.Battery temperature too high or too low';
I reflashed the phone with other firmwares including the boot area too but still I get the same problem.
This is an hardware problem or is software exactly?
Thanks!
