Member: 177568 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 146 | 1. you need to use correct D500 cable 2. connect without battery 3. press unlock 4. press info to see the key M number 5. disconnect cable, insert sim, connect battery, turn phone on and enter key M number. Phone should now be unlocked Quote:

has anyone got a sensible answer to this question i have a d500 with same problem  when i plug a charger into the phone it charges for about 10 seconds then displays usb charging not available any help would be good but i dont need to unlock the phone lol  | |
