Samsung A500 Display problem


Phone works, but theres no display, i checked:
VLCD_VDD3_1P8 : 1.8v OK!
ELAVDD_7.0V : 0V FAIL!
ELVDD_4.6V: 0V FAIL!
ELVSS_-4.4V: 0V FAIL!

is there a way to verify if U6005 is working, i already reflow it, and i cannot find the replacement. And do you know if those Voltages are present even if the lcd is disconected?
