Samsung B5310 Restarting Problem
 
when customer connect charger, phone begins to restart again & again. I changed charging jack. At battery connector, it shows fluctuating volt between 2-4v.
Plz suggest any solution & location of charging ic

i have got same b5310 after conecting charger its restarting any solution
