Samsung C100 charge problem - GSM-Forum

I have samsung sgh c100 with charge problem. When phone turns off of discharged battery, I plugin charger and after about ten seconds wrote, that phone are fully charged. Turn on phone and it charges until battery voltage increase 4200 mV and stops. What is normal voltage of fully charged battery? Can it be calibration error?
Now battery state is
Type: TYPE 0
Volt: 3800mV
Temp:21'C
Txlevel: 6
What means txlevel, maybe current? Charger isn't original.

1-change the ic charge (lTH7)

2-replace the connector 100 ok

use samsung original charger c100 u must be using r220 or some other models charger
