Samsung C100 strange problem

There is strange problem with samsung C100. Power on the phone and before I can enter pin, get phone battery discharge. Then charger connected phone work fine, then charger disconnected after a few minutes get the same note, or something about bad battery temperature and phone turns off. I reset the phone with UST. Phone worked a few hours fine, and the same problem came back. Enter code *#9998*228#, got battery status voltage 4 volts temp 24, but before phone turns off temperature begins very quickly change, and sometimes decrease until -10 degrees celsius.
I reflashed phone, but after a few hours problem cameback.
Battery is good I tryed it on different phone worked fine, different battery with this phone got the same problem.
What i can do more?

i tried this solution it work 100% .
from my side i used to take the diode from 3310 spoiled pcb and replaced in c 100

I forgot write, battery is fully chargeged then phone turns off itself. How phone can show negative battery temperature? Which part measure battery voltage and temperature. U202 function is charge battery and indicate about charging and charger plug. I think at this case may be another problem.
