In Brand New Samsung C3510 Speaker & Ringer Not Working.When i was calling ringer work in laud speaker but not working in music player & profile also.how to solve this problem.

1) insert pointed pin( niddle) in headphone socket & move LEFT & RIGHT
2) CHANGE HEADPHONE SOCKET
