i9300 very strange problema


i have a i9300 that cant call cant receive calls, but detect sim, even when i call that sim number it appears On but the phone not receiving the call, i though it was blacklisted imei, but i tested with my another i9300 board imei that is clean and still same problem, i tried flashing, reovery reseting etc etc

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Enable 'USB debugging' in 'Settings'-'Developer options' for Android 4.0 - 4.1.2 or
tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options' in Android 4.2+.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

if blacklisted only need to repair imei, I would recommend you use an old samsung tool version where you can fix network and everything will be fine

but i already tested repairing the imei, with an imei from my another i9300 board, and still same problem, and i checked that the imei was changed succefully
