all guys are talking abt change this etc remove this etc but No one tell, if the light ic is damage so where to find and what is compatibility light ic

use nokia 1616,C1-01,x1-01,x2-02 is no R5 light trainsistor

1616 c1 transistor will create shorting and will not work.this really a big problem.plz somebody share the compatibility of light transistor.my problem when i m putting light transistor from ok set it gets burn every time i hav burnt 5 transistors i hav no idea why this is happening.if somebody knows plz sare here.thanks in advance
