samsung d500 ribbon clip problem

hi i hav d500 i tried to push da ribbon in prpeprly in my main borad nt da scren chip board rite but as i closed da clip were da ribbon inserts in it broke off nw i cant close da ribbon in tite it just goes in but i dnt tink it touched da metal plate in side da insert ting cos of da blak clip dt has broken of need solution desperately

just change the clip they are'nt expensive

You can purchase them on ebay for a couple of pounds!

It would be interesting to know where one could obtain the small clip bar's to say the least, and to be given some instruction as how to insert them without removing the socket in which they fit. I took a clip off of a faulty board and attempted to insert it without removing the socket but found it impossible. and only managed to ruin the socket.
